The H.A.R.D. Foundation is proud to welcome Patrick Landeza to our Board of Directors for 2026. His deep roots in the East Bay, combined with his professional dedication to education, culture, music, and community building, make him a powerful addition to our team.

Patrick currently serves at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward as Director of Auxiliary Programming and Community Outreach, Director of Summer Programming, where he coordinates cultural, educational, and fundraising events in direct support of students and families. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to uplifting community through shared experiences and meaningful engagement.

As a musician, educator, and community organizer, Patrick has partnered with organizations across the Bay Area and collaborated closely with H.A.R.D., the H.A.R.D. Foundation, the City of Hayward, the Hayward Rotary Club, and Caritas Creek, helping to lead programs that unite families, amplify youth voices, and strengthen local impact.

Patrick is also the visionary behind the Hayward Hawaiian Music Series and the Patrick Landeza Experience—cultural performance initiatives created to celebrate heritage, bring people together, and raise funds for local causes. His extensive background in event production, fundraising, and youth engagement aligns seamlessly with the H.A.R.D. Foundation’s mission to preserve and expand equitable access to parks, programs, and community wellness.

A lifelong East Bay resident and proud father, Patrick has shared that his passion for parks and recreation is both personal and generational. “I want to give back to the community that shaped me,” he says. “I believe in the power of recreation, culture, and collaboration to build a better Hayward for everyone.”

         · Fundraising Strategy: Patrick understands the mechanics of fundraising, event ROI, and audience engagement, strengthening our capacity to expand scholarships and launch new community initiatives.

          · Local Legacy: His projects celebrate the stories and identities that make Hayward and the entire H.A.R.D. community vibrant, inclusive, and resilient.
