Building the Future: The Capital Campaign for the New Discovery Center at Sulphur Creek Nature Center

Together, we can create a world-class center for wildlife care, education, and community engagement.

Why Now?

Wildlife and ecosystems are at a tipping point. Communities are yearning for places that connect them to nature, but without immediate investment, these opportunities could be lost.

The Sanctuary & Conservation Center (SCNC) capital campaign is our once-in-a-generation opportunity to:

  1. Construct a state-of-the-art facility for wildlife rescue and rehabilitation
  2. Create immersive exhibits and learning labs for students, families, and visitors
  3. Build sustainable infrastructure that ensures long-term community access
  4. Inspire stewardship and a lasting legacy of conservation

Over 200+ wildlife patients rehabilitated annually - and the need keeps growing.

Our Vision

This is more than a building — it’s a movement.

  • For Wildlife: A safe haven and world-class care.

  • For Education: Hands-on programs that ignite curiosity.

  • For Community: A gathering space where people connect with nature and each other.

  • For the Future: A living legacy that inspires generations.

The Capital Campaign

Our Goal: $15 million

“This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build a permanent future for wildlife and conservation.”
